I’ve never understood the backlash against the finale. There have been plenty of endings that leave it open to interpretation before and since, and that was executed in one of the more original ways I’ve ever seen.

Yeah, in retrospect, TNGs was better, I can’t say ATG because it was somewhat of a cliched “time travel” trope that has been used like 5 thousand times before, but Prophet Sisko tackling Super-Dukat (or was it the other way around?) was just silly.

I think that was probably Kieran’s finest moments of the series. From his meltdown on the podium to the ending with him looking to take a beating, this was Roman’s episode.

Also the better song IMHO.
