So there IS life after M.A.N.T.I.S.!
That in and of itself shouldn’t cause the amount of dynamic range problems I see—-there are other shows that film on 35mm that don’t exhibit this problem, so I’m guessing that it was artistic choice. Last night, for example, the darker scenes in Logan’s (penthouse?) the darker parts were not dark enough until you play…
I have a problem with the apparent “artistic” contrast and saturation of the film itself—-it looks like a SD telecast from the mid 2000s. Always have to go digging in the TV settings to turn down the gamma, crank up the Black Enhancement and Sharpness for this show—-it looks terrible otherwise, and i’m nearly 100%…
The talking head on the show Logan is getting fired looks like some of the overnight hosts on the RWNJ networks IRL.

Honestly, I can’t tell the difference between Pyromania-era Rick and Hysteria-Rick, and that is a tribute to a guy who had 2 fully functioning arms on the former.
Rick Allen is a better drummer with one arm than Lars is with two.
That reminds me of year ago when that USA series “Royal Pains” was being advertised.
I feel the same way about Steven Root and Gary Cole.
Don’t mess with my feelings like that!
I’d have to fight Peter Doocy for Jen Psaki’s affections.
