I think even TNT has given up on original scripted content---they seem to be buying HBO shows to air at the moment---True Blood, for one.
American Auto seems to have found its footing in season 2. All the episodes thus far have been very good—-Season 1 was a bit of “hit-or-miss”, though the episode where they are opening and closing a factory over and over is great.
