Same difference. It has a dedicated button to a company. Saying that it’s commonplace means nothing; I already said it is. It’s precisely how this stuff has become so normalized when it absolutely shouldn’t be.

I’m glad you pointed out that without exclusives both machines have an identity crisis of sorts. Gamers lament exclusives but honestly they’re always the better titles.
Why even implement something like this?
I miss when new consoles meant entire redos. At this point a new console outside of Nintendo is like just upgrading your PC. This also wouldn’t be an issue if games didn’t advertise hundreds of hours of play like anyone really needs that.
Nobody cares.
We did this.
Guaranteed that they don’t care, and even worse: no one would have known who this lady was outside of the locality. Even inside. I genuinely had no idea Lazlo was real in GTA until decades later.
“Neither Ubisoft nor the game reflect this journalist’s viewpoints.”
I’ve been playing a ton of Hunt: Showdown these past few months and while there are actual hackers, like in any FPS, there’s no real need for the grind or smurfing that games with ranks get you.
“The Squad” is a cynical nickname given by the media to members of congress who make for good headlines. I’ve already seen other members touted as being new to it or something based purely on the fact that they’re progressive (no other policy given) and not White.
I’ve always said we need more managers and leaders telling us what to do with technology. Especially in mega-international corporations that form monopolies.
That’s far too general. You can say that to anyone. I’d be very skeptical of the company that hired him and just presumed it would be wrapped up because that also means if he did something bad it just needed to go away. Not sure how anyone there thought this cloud would go away so soon.
I have no bias outside of using unemployment to threaten people. I bought Skullgirls when it came out but I have nothing at stake here. I neither support Zaimont nor do I think the fighting community is interesting (often not).
No.
It’s still incredibly stupid that we’re at a point like this and it should be stopped.
They’ve finally gone far enough to validate the “keep politics out of video games” crowd. Jesus.
I’m looking for the story or Twitter feed in particular, not people’s takes. I have people on both sides. I want the culmination or whatever.
Denying or affirming allegations is not enough regardless.
That’s not proof enough, nor would it ever be. That’s conjecture at best.
The other hand is important but you don’t rectify the situation with that type of thinking. I don’t think you rehabilitate anyone in that way, especially from what I’ve heard the worst accusations are which mostly amount to “he made me uncomfortable”. I’ve only read so much because this story leaks out like a facet…
