I’m sure it’s occurred to those involved, but to me one of the most exciting aspects of electric aircraft is that there’s no decrease in horsepower as you climb. If they optimize this thing for high altitude, I think 300 would be easy with that much horsepower. Nemesis was loafing at 300, and not very high up. Better

I agree.  The dumb doors in the back of my ‘04 Silverado are infuriating in a crowded parking lot.

Mazda3: Center tach, not much else. OK, the projection thingy mirrors the digital speed. But on the panel, just a needle and numbers.

If you have a tractor with 500 ft-lbs but only 20 HP, you can accelerate really hard to about 6 mph. If you have a turbine-powered Bonneville racer with 500 HP and 20 ft-lbs, you can go really fast but it takes a long time to get to speed. So tons of both is great—accelerate quickly to a high top speed. Or, gear
