Except the origin of the whole meme is an advertisement that specifically calls Goncharov a “Mafia Movie.”

Martin Scorsese has not, however, made a film about the Neapolitan mafia starring Robert De Niro, Cybill Shepherd, and Al Pacino called Goncharov.
I imagine the conversation was like this: “what’s the departure angle?”
if only we could make tires with tire walls a thing again...
I still prefer Huracan Sterrato, but the most important is how’s the pricing. I like the idea of more friendly daily-driving sportcar but somehow it seems will be much more expensive trim
The want is strong, but not strong enough to forego a GT3 RS.
Right down to the end of this article I was thinking “... I can make this happen I can make this happen”. I guess I don’t know jack shit, I was hoping for low 100s lol
Guess I’ll stick with my WRX hatchback I lifted and put chunky tires on
I would argue the AM Valkyrie is WAY closer to a street legal F1 car than the AMG One.
If it were road legal in the US they couldn't have driven it in Germany so there's that.
This is not “an optimized and modified F1 car made street legal.” The engine may use a heavily modified old F1 engine but otherwise it bears nothing in common with an F1 car.
Great. In the country where’s it made, and the country where the track in questions exists, it’s street legal.
It just goes to show how good the 911 is and how bad the diminishing returns is past a certain point for performance without going full on purpose built for track use.
It’s not a race car, it’s a production car. The US isn’t the whole world.
Only time before they break the only record that matters at the Nürburgring
Any reason why not? It weights over 1,000 lbs less than the Merc, has around 70 hp more, and Adrian fucking Newey did the aero. I’d honestly be shocked if the Aston is slower.
Very interesting it hit 210 mph on the straight. I think the talk that this car isn’t fast enough is overblown.
Yeah, I’m not sure why the team couldn’t have waited for a better day. Whatever the case, this was 6:35 on a damp track in a car that is probably 700 pounds heavier the MR GT2RS and more than twice as heavy as the Porsche 956 that set the 6:11 time so long ago.
Remember when sub-8 minutes was a good time?
Pepperidge Farm remembers.
Has the Aston Martin Valkyrie set a time yet? I feel like until they do this time is wildly impressive, but not safe from being bettered.
What makes a modern F1 car fast isn’t the engine though, it’s the aero and all the downforce it produces allowing it to take corners flat where most other cars would require the driver to lift.
