Almost assuredly. Ginetta is a tiny manufacturer, yet there’s tons of videos of them on race tracks.

While I think that video is full of good, hot, oily microcar-on-microcar action, there’s actually some very amazing stuff that didn’t make it into the final cut.

Come to LA lol

we’re missing a crucial element here: the water in the tank. A full zamboni weighs ~5100kg, but empty it’s down to like 4400 (11,250lbs - 9700). That means, since water is just about 1kg per L, they take up to 700L of water(180 gallons), which we’d need 104 million times

You’re not including the time it takes for the zambonis in charge of all the center parts of the lake to get to that center part of the lake. Each NHL zamboni is stored less than 50 ft away from the ice. It only takes a few seconds for the zamboni to cover that ground in preparation of it’s duties.
Jumping back to Lake

If I’m not mistaken, that many people would be roughly all of North America. We would run it as a collective draft. It would be glorious.

This is the content I come to Jalopnik for.

You apparently don’t read Jalopnik, then.

how ironic, “18 Million Zambonis” is the name of my metal band.

Like a hot knife through butter!

I guess I’ll be the dissenting opinion here and say that I absolutely love it. Then again, I’m the person drooling over DIY aero threads on car forums and im about to cut up my Miata and start making “functional” aero mods to it, so what do I know?

Exactly. Reminds me a bit of the Vertigo, really.

Isn't there a sort of exemption for low-volume boutique carmakers?

Gillet ...

I will certainly grant you that basically everything looks better with gulf livery :P. Here’s one in silver.

I love it mainly because it doesn’t look like every other cab-forward mid engined blah blah blah whatever.

I dunno, in the 60s they made the G4 which I always thought was pretty cute.

Fugly, but it’s not really about looks anymore. It’s about areo. Those cutouts behind the wheel and the ugly triple element front wing will really channel the air from the climate control hermetically sealed garage HVAC system to create controlled dust vorticies across the car. Also something about lap times...so the

Idk, the G40R was a pretty restrained and handsome sports car:

The holes all seem to serve legitimate aerodynamic and/or thermal management purposes, so I’m fine with it.
