Crash test regulations. They can’t sell it as a production car here because of that so the loophole has always been to ship the parts over, have it assembled stateside, and then have the owner register it as a kit car.
I’ve literally only ever heard the Inner Loop at Watkins Glen called a bus stop, otherwise I’ve only heard chicane used to describe these features.

Nobody. That’s not how these sort of levels work. Level 5 would mean the car requires zero input from the driver in any situation aka “fully autonomous” and that simply doesn’t exist yet.
