So far so good for me, but I'm still in the honeymoon stage. I still can't get over how much faster this is than my OG Droid...

Well, wannabe artist, but everyone's gotta start somewhere...

But pizza...

Is it weird that I'd rather watch a small part of this at normal speed and in HD than watch the whole thing in four minutes?

What's wrong with finding beauty in the mundane?

There was not even one explosion in that entire video. It was cool, but seriously?

Yeah :P

Assuming you intended to reply to me:

The only time we have available is Christmas week, the cheapest flights we were able to find were over $500/person. I calculated it would cost less than half as much in our 2001 Accord, but didn't use the $0.55/mile as my baseline, I only factored in gas. That being said, the car already has almost 200,000 miles on

My wife and I are driving down to Florida from New York for a vacation (airline tickets are way too expensive). We plan on going straight without stopping for the night. What kinds of food should we bring, where are some good places to stop for photos that aren't out of the way, and is there anything else in general

True. I guess what I meant was more that our current system seems to be a natural progression from individual hunters to trying to feed billions of people (albeit failing miserably at that). I just don't think the animal knows the difference, or cares that you have more of a connection to it.

I'm not saying that there is no benefit to hunting. I just feel that in terms of the animal's point of view I don't think they are even aware of the difference.

In terms of environmental impact you may have a point, but in terms of the end result, the fact of the matter is that killing is killing. Now, I don't have a problem with animals as a food source but I can't imagine that life in the wild is so happy that the animal is now ok with getting shot. But that opinion is

I'm just saying that the amount of effort you go to doesn't seem to me to make it any better. But that's just me.

True.

I know this may seem a bit... callous (not the word I was looking for), but I'm not really sure that I'd agree that hunting is somehow more moral than simply buying meat. Unless you're running down a deer and snapping its neck with your bare hands, you're using a tool that removes you from the act. Whether it is a

I prefer to use extra virgin olive oil on salads or with bread, if I'm sauteing I'll use regular olive oil sometimes but I never use it for cooking, I can't taste the difference in the finished product.

True, but because of the way we view it 90% of the space is wasted by black bars. Lose-lose.

Glad I could brighten your day ;)

Honestly, I've been studying for my upcoming final for so long that I didn't even notice that. Fail.
