Makes sense. They're still going to get me, so I guess I'm not making my own argument any stronger :P

I don't understand why they would aim for a price so far above their primary competition, but maybe that's why I'm not working for them :P

I was under the impression that Microsoft no longer supported widgets?

Where are the Jedi and the surgically altered to look like Vulcans?

The big black ones aren't so bad, it's the small yellow ones you'd want to stay away from.

tl;dr? loki13 mentions that at the end ;)

True. Knowing myself though, I'd never go to the trouble of actually replacing parts as they break off, and it is a lot of money to pay for a table built under the assumption that it will fall apart over time. I think it is also safe to assume that my local machine shop won't be using cold rolled steel (have to look

Wow. The same manufacturing process as IKEA furniture, but it costs a hell of a lot more and isn't disposable. Nice.

Wow, that guy is an asshole.

My Droid is definitely showing its age, but it also has pretty weak hardware by anyone's standards, in large part due to the fact that it was really the first Android phone that really caught on in any

If. I can't say I blame them if that's the case but dammit I want that phone, my original Droid is really on its last legs.

No offense to scientists, but that doesn't seem to be the kind of attitude they should have :P

Trying to tear apart an idea and kicking out a member of your team for, let's use the word "heretical" ideas are totally different: [news.businessweek.com]

I was waiting for this phone... Now what, do I settle for the Droid Bionic?

Why do scientists so often seem to be discouraging innovative research? Hasn't all they've learned taught them that they don't really know anything yet?

My wife bought me a Lowepro as an anniversary present, but it was huge overkill and I have no real use for it (and waited to long to try and return it). That being said, it is an incredible bag; sturdy, weather resistant, and can hold a ton of gear.
