Pro Tip: If you watch it on a browser with an ad blocker, you can watch the on demand stuff without ads though you’ll probably have to hook up a computer to your TV. You can even download their movies if you have the right extension for your browser.

Whenever I hear the play The Importance of Being Earnest mentioned, I have to remind myself that it’s not a biography of Jim Varney.

The BBC ratings don’t mean anything anymore now that it airs worldwide on Disney+. Before Disney+, it aired on a hodgepodge of different networks at different times across the world. There’s no way Disney cancels it after the money they put into it.

I always find stuff like this and unaired pilots fascinating. It’s interesting to see what worked and what didn’t and if there was any way to fix what didn’t work.

It’s Morbin’ time...again!

I’m not really worried about Sony buying Alamo from an anti-trust point of view. They only have 36 theaters so it’s not Sony can wield their might and not show their movies elsewhere or only show Sony movies at their theater. If Disney bought AMC, that would be a bigger anti-trust problem since AMC is a much bigger

I’m glad that Vigilante is coming back to Peacemaker. He was one of the better parts of season one.

The Watchers only made $7M in its opening weekend so I guess you could say that nobody watches The Watchers.

Gizmodo and AV Club are now owned by different companies so we’ll see how long they’re still on the Kinja platform. The Takeout was sold to Static Media at the same time as AV Club and they switched to the platform their other sites use about a month or so ago. I believe the other sites that were sold like Deadspin,

Kotaku lost their comment section a month or so ago. Jalopnik is now the only G/O site that has comments which is crazy to think about. I’m sure the other sites including Jalopnik are on the selling block as well.

I’m totally on board for this if Griffin Dunne comes back to direct this. How many people realized that he directed the first one?

The lotion that breaks down human skin and the test for it sound suspect as well. If there was a lotion that broke down human skin, it would probably be very painful. Was the cannibal using gloves when he applied the lotion? If he didn’t, the skin on his hands would break down as well. Also, there are no google

AV Club is still on Kinja even though it was sold a few months ago, but The Takeout changed platforms a few weeks ago and is a shell of what it once was.

I’m surprised that Figrin D’an and the Nodal Modes aren’t part of the stretch goal.

You have a good eye! Some of those cantina props were reused for IG-88's head in ESB.

They’re trying this with mosquito populations in Florida. I can’t foresee any problems that this can cause.

Nintendo really dove head first into the ports, remakes and remasters for the Switch. Its biggest selling game, Mario Kart 8 Deluxe, was a ported WiiU game.

I wonder what Nintendo has for the rest of the year. If I had to guess, we will see the WiiU Wind Waker and Twilight Princess remakes released on the Switch.

That leaves Jalopnik and Kotaku as the only G/O properties left and I’m guessing those are on the chopping block as well. It was a good run.

It’s show merch time!
