I know about inflation and everything, but nothing at Taco Bell should cost more than $6. At over $8, you’re approaching local taqueria giant burrito pricing.

And with the way EVs are currently depreciating, you should be able to buy it pretty cheaply at the end of the lease.

Their two footlong subs for $7 on Sundays got me through college. Other than that, I really don’t have too many fond memories of them.

Popeye’s real secret was that the spinach had steroids in it so not only did it make him stronger, but it also gave him roid rage.

Soon! I believe that the original version of Popeye goes into public domain next year.

And the Brady Bunch!

Probably not. The only reason why Gen Xers and older generations know about Popeye was they syndicated those black and white cartoons a ton and kids watched what was on. I kind of want to know how he went through three transmissions. Maybe they’re just made out of paper mache.

I must have seen the original show as a kid, but I have no recollection of any plots to the show.

They really made a mistake by not calling it Getting Busy.

I’m guessing that all of their locations will close in a few months, but their line of frozen meals will still be around.

Yup, this seems like the most likely scenario. It was also mid-February so it’s also likely road conditions were terrible and the car slide into the river. I’m assuming that a mid 60's Impala was terrible on icy roads.

Iowa has the most Bennigan’s locations with four. That seems about right.

Sounds like he’s trying hard for that comedy guest Emmy!
