I wouldn’t think WB could ban someone from dressing as one of their characters no matter how accurate it was. If they did, the entire cosplay industry would stop dead in its tracks. They could send a cease and desist letter if he was in costume promoting something though like his vodka. 

I still think that the best use for these would be larger college campuses where it would normally take a half hour to walk to class where using one of these would cut it down to 10 minutes. You could either leave it outside or take it to class with you.
