It’s weird that they’re coming out with another Equalizer movie while the Queen Latifah CBS show is still on the air. Since it’s not coming out for another year and a half, maybe they think the show will be canceled by then.

I just did! Dick Sargent has been dead for almost 30 years, but he’s willing to audition.

In that interview he gave before he got fired, he said he wasn’t coming back if the show got renewed so they were going to write him off anyway. You could tell that he didn’t give a shit in later seasons. He was generally working only one day a week.
