This was the booster of the rocket, so no people will ever be on it when it descends, but the spacecraft Dragon by SpaceX will be capable of booster landing (as well as emergency parachutes just in case), that would be crew ready.

Parachute = dead weight, no accuracy, and not soft enough a landing so you’d need air bags too, more dead weight, will never work on planets with little / no atmosphere.

Blue Origin is a tiny rocket that takes hardly any payload, more importantly, it goes straight up, not orbit. It’s like comparing apples to orange pips.
