This is it. If Microsoft really did care about letting people “choose” to use AAs, then they’d include the Play-and-Charge for free and let people swap it out with AAs at will.

Microsoft is masquerading their cost saving choice under the guise of liberation. Just include the xbox branded rechargable battery back and let people use that or their own AA batteries.

There is no such thing as a good HOA. Only ones that haven’t released their inner evil yet.
