Reminds me of the godawful timing for some of the wwe2k17 entrances… like Bayley's inflatables just randomly popping up way before the right downbeat of the song kicks in. Detail work and timing are important in entrance presentation. Side note: I miss Alexa doing her little spin-through-the-ropes entrance, but I

We'll never be rid of him. I'm sure I'm not the only one who can see Zombie McMahon power-strutting out to the ring and tearing both of his quads at once while sliding into the ring.

Jesus, talk about a desperation move….

Yeah, the Helluva kick finish was great! Baron trying to sell Kinshasa, not so much.

Ah, alright. I wasn't sure if the NXT matches were dark or not, since I don't actively watch NXT lately like I used to. The only offense I remember her using, both in that WM match and in the leadup, were a couple basic punch-type strikes and that leaping kick.

I'm kind of ok with it as long as they don't rip off Rick Rude any more directly. No "Simply Ravishing", please.

Tomorrow is Bayley's birthday. Hopefully for a present, they can write some ovaries into her character.

I'm not a big Hype Bros. fan, but if it derails an eventual Mojo title push, I'm all for it.

More Becky, in general. I feel like they are completely wasting her best years. On a side note, I really miss seeing Paige, but I'm guessing that won't be a thing again for multiple obvious reasons.

I think Charlotte is actually one of the better female mic-workers in terms of confidence and presence, I just hate the wild tonal inflections that she throws out sometimes when she is trying to emphasize an insult. It's very much like Becky to me. I can't stand her accent, but I do really appreciate her confidence,

To be completely honest, my inner monologue reaction wasn't far off from what they were vocalizing. I think the surprise was centered around two things: a.) she was wearing a full-on gown and b.) pretty much the only move I've seen her use in televised main roster WWE matches is her adaptation of that leaping kick

Pretty so-so.

Yeah, I agree with both of those points for sure!

I dunno, I personally think he has a somewhat unique tone and style to his movies. I appreciate him as a visioned director, myself.

It's not a masterpiece by any means, but I don't know… as a fan of Fuqua's tone and style and just a big Denzel Washington fan in general, it worked for me.

Truth. This is a limited sample size, but I feel that you might be on to something here… :D

I actually didn't own it. Came to the game pretty late with that film. That sounds like a pain, though.

Mulholland Drive was the first Criterion Collection release that I ever bought.. I should really revisit it soon. It's been a couple years. That's too long, right?

I feel like most people know one guy in real life who exaggerates virtually any piece of music or visual media as "absolutely amazing" or "horrible awful garbage." How come when we go online, it seems like at least 75% of people have this mindset? And yeah, just unwilling to listen to others at all, too.

You mean Training Day, I'm guessing? Have you checked out The Equalizer? I really liked that one. I also enjoyed Brooklyn's Finest, even if that didn't do as well with the general public… I think I might just be especially attuned to his style, though.
