I think it’s a testament to Civil War (movie) that I’d never read a BP comic, and didn’t think I cared about the character, yet after the last movie, I’ll be seeing this one opening weekend.

The REAL question is...

No surprise on Killmonger, he’s objectively the most interesting Black Panther specific villain, although it is a good sign that the folks making this film realized that and latched on to him. Also worth noting that after a run in with Killmonger, Nakia assumes the role of his former protege Malice in the comics.…

Honestly more excited for this movie than Spiderman.

Love that Lupita and Danai are in this together! I hope they have scenes together. I’m a big theater fan and it’s been a treat seeing them around NYC this year as they promote “Eclipsed,” which Danai wrote and Lupita starred in. And no mo cap for Lupita!!!
