I’m a big fan of the German model with dynamic speed limits and their associated driving rules. Driving there is a pleasure, but that’s their culture.

‘cause it’s a F355 engine. . . or maybe a rebodied F355. . . or maybe a fiero?
Came here to say this. Thank you.
Chris Bangle: I’ll create my legacy by making the ugliest BMW imaginable.
Your Mustang’s trunk space was greater than expected.
They already did. . . Well, Mercury Racing did for them. Saw it a few years ago at SEMA,
Ya know, like the RWB movement.
The Focus RS is the easiest to drive manual shift car I’ve ever driven. I’d absolutely teach someone in mine. With a hydraulic clutch with gradual engagement, light pedal feel, and smart EFI, it is pretty hard to stall.
I have a small, semi-topical story to share: I took my Focus RS in for its first oil change to the dealer I purchased it from. It was free included in the price of the car, and on the front end treated me really well, even gave me a loaner car to use a couple hours in lieu of waiting around. They called called to let…
I want a 3rd pedal. It makes me a more engaged driver and I pay more attention to driving, than the radio, my phone, or any other distraction.
Yes, look up “UV filter”. I prefer to just use the lens hood unless it’s a dusty situation.
I’ve owned one, and would own one again. 3 years ago I bought a ‘98 convertible after searching over 6 months for an S2000 and not being able to find one that wasn’t either completely clapped out, or $30k. The e36 was built considerably better. Felt solid, no rattles, no squeeks, no drama.
Look at sixt. They are considerably cheaper than Honza’s Avis E-class. Also, France is much more expensive to rent than Germany (because of their drivers).
Enhance.
Needs more tentacles.
I’m not friends with cyclists either.
Modeled after Porsche, it’s “lightweight” and “de-contented”, this is a $6000 option.
A crisp Ben Franklin says this is accurate.
Thanks!
Easier to work on than a Porsche 944 (is that saying much?). They have a huge aftermarket, so parts are available. Biggest downside to them is they became cheap enough for high school and college kids to afford them and most have been thoroughly thrashed.
