Keep in mind that there is also a Matchmaking system for anything you want to do (pve, dark zone, just roaming around ny) that I’ve been trying out myself in the beta and works alright. Add that to the proximity chat, and it’s pretty easy to make some new friends to explore NY with.

Actually the bracket 8-8 has nothing to do with that. You see, the DZ is instanced based on your player level. On the current beta, since the cap level is 8, the bracket goes from 1-7 and 8-8.
