There are no spices in bourbon, and Bulleit would be no exception. Bourbon is grain, water, and yeast - nothing more. It might have notes of certain things, but that comes from the aging process.

I had read studies that indicated cut fruits/veg lose nutrients as they sit out. However, doing some quick reading, it sounds that while that theory still holds true, the loss is so negligible that it doesn’t really matter. So I wouldn’t worry about making your drink ahead of time.
