Depends on the type of peanut butter. Unless you’re going with pure crushed peanuts, most brands are just a sugar bombs.

I used to eat bread for breakfast, and would always crash. I’ve been having a smoothie-only breakfast (I might have eggs/bacon on the weekends) for a year and a half, and my metabolism has really calmed down. I’ve dropped probably ten pounds - I was never overweight, but my body was really starting to fill out.

Humans are not their evolved ancestors. Some modern humans have 1 or 2 percent Neanderthal DNA, but that doesn’t make us the same species. That simply means humans had sex and offspring with a few of them - a bit of intermingling. They are a extinct species, but a sliver of their genetic makeup is still floating

Dunno - seems like you’re defeating the purpose of having a custard ice cream if you lower the egg content.
