But your reading comprehension is pretty bad. Someone asked what were better Lynch films. It was what’s known as a “sidebar conversation.”

You obviously didn’t read the comment thread. Someone asked what’s a better Lynch film. Didn’t mean it would be on this list.
Right, but because the Coens are great film makers, as seen by those examples. ILD is not a good film, though, and doesn’t belong on the list of greatest movies of this century.
I gave those examples because someone asked “what’s a better Lynch movie.” Therefore, I gave examples of better Lynch flicks.

Lost in Translation - another Sofia Coppola “rich people get sad too, y’know” flick.
The Academy is rubbish. Their votes are bought and paid for.
Agreed, 100%.
Blue Velvet, The Elephant Man. Twin Peaks, as released in Europe (altered to be the pilot episode of the series in the States), even.
Mad Max was great fun, but it was not a great movie. It was a long car chase. There was no story - that’s pretty crucial to making such a list.
Inside Llewyn Davis? Lost in Translation? What? Are they out of their minds? ILD is not even in the top 5 best Coen movies. It’s not even that good, really.
Interesting. I’m in the market for a new belt. But I’ve paid, at most, 60 bucks for one that I still use 10 years on. What makes this one worth the price?
I agree with your sentiment, but he didn’t have Alzheimer’s.
Williams explains that her husband’s relatively rare condition, Lewy Body Disease (LBD)...
They’re called “Britons.”
