except for the GD cam gear walk issue at 60k because ford VE’d the fuck outta a great design by yamaha. Case in point the XC90 Volvo V8 that is the same family as the SHO motor without the issues.

the 2nd gen had better brakes (vented rear), stiffer sway bars, and a 3.2 in the autos that swapped into a 1st gen just fine.
