When it launched on pc it was horrendous, not the 1-30...but everything after.

I am going to disagree with you there, I quit the game after taken specifically because of the lack separation between pve and pvp balancing.

Country cannot be stabilized without a far more effective/stronger central government. The countries infrastructure is just awful and leads to villages who are isolated even more so. Alot of villages have no sense of country as the government hasnt done a damn thing for them.

I could go on forever about this, spent 4 years in various roles over there, but I believe this story best illustrates my point.
