While Justin Trudeau is all the things you mentioned lets just say his resume is what you would call “sparse”. Like not qualified to manage a Tim Hortons sparse. Nice enough guy but having him as PM is not a point of pride for many Canadians.

Western Canada over here. He’s backing out of a lot of election promises. He’s a good photo-op, to be sure. Many of us are watching warily and hoping that there won’t be a Conservative backlash.

Better than the last guy. Still breaking promises like most average politicians, but in this world, having an average lying politician in power is ideal.

He is a masterful politician in that he talks a good talk about Indigenous issues, women’s rights, electoral reform, immigration, etc but his policies never match his rhetoric. He talks like a progressive and governs not much differently from the Conservatives. Progressive Canadians very much do not like him.

Everything was great until he started going back on promises. There are currently some protests over his broken promise regarding electoral reform. He’s not perfect by any means.

He mostly sucks. He’s a PR politician if there ever was one. But you don’t have to be that good to look good next to Trump.

He is okay. He could do better.

He seems like a good person. He does a good job representing Canada on the world stage and doesn’t embarrass us for the most part. I’ll leave it at that.

He’s ok. There’s sort of an element of not too bright son who inherited the family business to him though(Praise for Castro, for instance).

I think it’s safe to say that my country is a little perturbed at the moment with Trudeau because he seems to be backsliding on some of the “promises” he made when elected. However, he is still immensely popular, has a very decent outlook and yes, I still have faith that he will work towards doing the right things.

deny unfortunately. he’s cute in pictures but he’s also dealin’ arms, approving pipelines, going back on campaign promises, and being wishy-washy on Indigenous issues.
