You know what would make it more special?  A clutch pedal.

I like it. This is more in-line with the C6Z than the C7Z - hopefully there are significant weight savings like the C6Z saw over the base car. C7Z is a great car (sold well and is holding its value well too), but just isn’t as unique as the C6Z. C7Z is just a lesser ZR1 instead of its own, unique thing. I think the

compared to this which sacrifices cargo space and looks IMO

This is getting closer to what im wanting as an electric car. I want an electric wagon thats affordable. If they were to just give it more of a square back allowing for more cargospace it would almost be there. would still be a bit tall for a wagon but would be close enough to get me to purchase

I think it looks great, but man I distrust this no-door-handle-for-you design trend. Aero and aesthetics are great and all, but way too many cars have problems with exterior door handles for this to be foolproof.

You should give a warning for such a retarded take.

I don’t get this romantic idealism about a tiny truck in single cab form. The international market is the reason why we have 4-door mid-size trucks to begin with, because they figured out that they can be so much more than a bed with two seats. These are places in the World where they have limited budget & space to

I doubt they are are lying any substantial amount on the power. Both of these cars are traction limited in at least the first 1/8 mile, with the Rimac even more so. The Michelin pilot sport is a good tire, but not a great tire if you are going drag racing. Throw a legit drag tire or even Michelin’s stickier sport cup

As impressive as the Rimac is, it is stunning how fast the Plaid is in comparison. 1 is a multi million dollar hyper car the other is a family sedan. The Plaid power train in the up-coming sports car is going to be crazy, probably just a small step behind the Rimac for 1/10th the price.

For context:

Autocross.

As an avid Autocrosser, I just spent my weekend at my very first SCCA National Championship Tour event: The Finger Lakes Championship Tour. It was great seeing just how fast these National Champion drivers can be! Sam Strano in John Vitamas’ 2.3 MZR Turbo RX-8 challenges the laws of physics with the things it does!

This is sarcasm, right?

Found the Tesla Incel...

wow another tesla cult comment. elon musk and his army of nodding idiots don’t approve. shocker. none of these have actually accomplished a damn thing in their lives, but they make time to bemoan honest criticisms of tesla, the single most impactful....wait, what?

Around a decade ago, Elon Musk and Tesla had a great idea. They developed an electric car that was the opposite of what we had come to expect from one. People thought electric cars were slow so they made it fast. We thought they took forever to charge so they developed a way to charge them quickly and built the

Hard to answer since we don’t know too much about the Z, but here are some “maybes” from me: Nicer fit/finish in interior(tbd), more power, smaller & more fun to throw around, more unique and uncommon (obviously since new model), no e-vape reputation, car is noticeably better bc of new design/materials vs older wrx des

So you don’t have to start vaping

Saw someone on twitter say this on twitter and think it bears repeating: China is speedrunning all the mistakes of post-war America in becoming a car-dependent society.

I don’t know how many miles I’ve driven in ice and snow, but I live in a place where such conditions are common for about 6 months a year. Indeed, I do know of this trick and like you, I can use it to my advantage. I haven’t actually needed to, however. I guess that’s a clarification I should make.
