If trying selling Electric bikes, I think its a bad image to have something that isnt at least Hybrid.

The right answer here is Highlander Hybrid or even better Pacifica plug-in-hybrid.

*Gasp* If you wouldn’t have had more fun with a clutch, I don’t think we can be friends...

Hey I love racing in the NBs, drove one at SCCA Vegas Tour in March, and will race one in Packwood in a couple weeks. Doesnt mean I am going to call it the best convertible for daily driving around town. I can say the Boxster was vastly more comfortable.

There are also guys that ride motorcycles year round, rain/snow everything. Yes you can do it, but that doesnt mean its for everyone.

a) I said I didn’t know how comfortable as a daily the ND’s were.

Yeah, i never said it cant be done, but even you realize it could be more comfortable. So its a choice, is the fun worth the trade off in comfort. Its sort of like the guys that ride motorcycles year round, rain/snow everything. Yes you can do it, but that doesnt mean its for everyone.

Having had one of these (even in this color), I will say it was one of the most fun vehicles I have ever owned. Never would I have guessed something that couldn’t maintain 55mph if there was a headwind, would have brought so much automotive joy to my life. Here 28 years later, I still look back fondly at that little

Everyone knows that Miata is the answer... until you live with one as a daily and are over the age of 29. I love me a miata on the track and autocross, or a spin in the hills, but if the use case involves driving on the freeway for hours, or just around town they get tiring (at least NA/NB, havent lived with an ND).

the head bouncing at the end at 367kph... fully strapped into harness and still getting bounced around....

I saw a Civic at a local dealer, similar, 3 years old 30k miles, and 6k over what they sold for new. After verifying the price, I suggested I would be interested, if he gives me 6k over MSRP for my 2013 as trade. He didnt think that was fair, and I agreed....

Sure... his was a 4 cylinder (its been 25 years, why I questioned myself). Looks like it was a CB350F. Honda CB350F - Wikipedia

15k for Exocet? Its not just the assembly time, its ALL the other things to put it together. Yeah the basic frame/donor car maybe 15, but tires/wheels/paint/etc etc etc etc. Typical estimate is 50% more then the cost to get into the project, so another 7500, maybe 5k on a shoe string budget.

My brother had one of these, CB350 (if i remember right), wow it sounded amazing, no power at all, but that glorious sound....

Adding in Fiesta ST again. Fantastically fun - do all car.
But of course, you cant have this list without having Miata on it.

Forgot to say, this Integra is disappointing because A) the cheap version comes with a CVT, so you have to get up to like 35k to get the manual (dumb) B) doesn’t have any extra power for your extra money (dumb) and the kill shot C) all cars come with sunroof, putting weight up high where you dont want it in autocross

Nice! I really was looking at the SI... but the new version is geared poorly for autocross (primary purpose of Fiesta ST). Instead I am shifted gears and and shopping for a 2013-2016 FRS/BRZ to run SCCA SSC classing. This should get me buy for a couple of years to see what comes next.

As a Fiesta ST AX racer, I came to say this, so thanks for already doing it. Its crazy they haven’t clarified at least the title...

Are you me? Same age, same worked at a Ford Dealer, same crohns, same driving fusion energi.....

I was going to put in a reservation, until I read that ALL integras will have a sunroof... thats a ton of weight up high and reduced headroom for helmets.

This is a stillborn car for anyone wanting a hatchback SI for Autocross.

While the look of the C4 with the lights up was a bit harmed, the opening sequence was so cool to make up for it. Complete 270 deg rotation to fold out, that worth it.
