My point is that your statement of “A better solution for most people is to use winter tires,”is exactly the attitude you are attempting to shame me with. So I will say “are you one of those people that doesnt need more driver skills because #wintertiremod”?

And have more driver skills in your tool box to deal with it...

1 snowy morning every other year doesn’t justify running snow tires.

Then its not for you...

Sounds like all reasonable things to consider. Only thing I would say, the battery has given me no concern. I have not noticed any degradation over my 6 years of ownership, and have heard of no reports of batteries needing to be replaced. AND that’s the great thing about it, if the battery dies (fades to low

I was going to direct my response to the OP, but I think my story will help you more. I bought a 2013 Energi at the end of the year and got a 10k discount, plus the Fed tax credit. Back in those days, the starting price was higher, so in the end I was right at 28k total investment. Its been a great car, and I continue

Wow that’s a great find for that price!

Because some people have family, that include kids, and you want to be able to take their kids and the kids friends along. And some people plan to keep cars 10-15 years, so a Toyota reliability is a plus.

As an avid C4 enthusiast, who consistently sings their praises as a performance car bargain, I have to say Crack Pipe.

So its Fortnite...in cars...

Oh man you cracked the code! Make everyone think your running a Lambo, withe the lambo badge, and saying its a lambo on your web page, but in reality its the Ford GT, Brilliant!

Not sure where you shop for cars, but if your paying full MSRP your doing something wrong. Here is a NEW bolt for 24k.

This conversation starts and ends with the Merkur XR4ti.

I drive an electric... but have 2-3 other ICE cars around. Electric is fantastic, as long as you have at least one ICE car available in case its needed. Electric isn’t the solution for everyone.

Just to add. I have a Fusion Energi (gas motor and electric), so small 18-20 mile range (and much smaller battery compared to the Teslas). I saw my electric bill go up ~$10 a month, and now only get gas every 8 weeks ish compared every 2 weeks. So saving 3 fuel ups for $20 in electric is well worth it. My battery is

Previous versions of this offer said “2010 and newer Mustang, owned for at least 30 days prior”

Fairly certain everyone on earth already knows this, which is exactly why it was done in the first place.

My experience is they collect tax when they register the car, so just get a temporary plate in Oregon (30 days) drive up there, then register there.

Buy a Subaru in Oregon (no sales tax) drive it up there (3k miles closer), then make a profit when your done...

So someone else did all the hard work, now you drop the engine/trans you want into it. 5.3 LS with a T56 ~$3k.
