I mean is it really our job to be outraged for the citizens of Japan when they seem to feel no outrage at this situation?

Shinto practice is more cultural than religious for a lot of the population. It’s sort of like how lots of non-christians exchange gifts etc. at christmas.

Japan views religion very differently than we do in the west. It’s not a big deal there, most people wouldn’t call themselves “religious.”

So I’m about a month late to this comment, mostly because I agree 100% with everything you’re saying; and it’s taking me forever to complete each episode.

Ryan (Tosin Cole) could be played by a plank of plywood. Just. So. Wooden. Ugh.

I kinda agree on a lot of points but to be fair this week’s episode was meant to be a tearjerker. For now the show also lack twisty, clever and fucked up “wow“ moments

Same here, except I moved just in time to vote against that doofus Lewis. Minnesota acquitted itself quite well last night.

Is there anything worse than thinking it’s a screw cap when it’s not?

This is frightening. I know we like to point at CTE anytime a football player has these kinds of issues, but it sounds almost like he could be bipolar. I hope he gets the help he needs.

“Is it even legal to refuse us” Jesus Lord, are you serious? And 15 pounds is not a small dog. I have small dogs (5 pounds, 8 pounds). I tried an empty dog friendly patio once, never again.

I love dogs, I’ve had dogs all my life, but a lot of people don’t like dogs and some people are allergic to dogs. Stop being an entitled jerk and leave your dog at home. He’ll be there when you get back. Dogs don’t belong in stores, on planes, and certainly not restaurants. And you can all take your bullshit

Why can’t my dog sit just outside the restaurant patio?”

I dislike this current trend of hating on historical writers because they wrote with the biases and prejudices of the time.

I’m sorry, but this kind of crap is why Trump is president.  You don’t get to gloss over history for it not being woke enough.

But still, it illustrates the finite nature of Mr. Rogers’s ideals. “I like you just the way you are,” he often said, but in the case of Clemmons there was a caveat: “...I just need you to show less of the way you are.” This information through the lens of contemporary culture, in which an employer legislating what

Yes.

It was a different world before “The Maury Show”.

To be fair, this whole incident escalated due to a few missed periods.

Emmitt Smith: So that’s why they call it an “oldbitchuary.”
