Tom, I read it all and recalled the Pamela Anderson vs Mercedes lawsuit that alleged that the leather seats in her G55 should have been cloth. Mercedes fired back by declaring that ANY of their vehicles could be ordered with cloth seats instead of leather.

Why would a buyer spend ~$60k on the CTS, when a fully-loaded XTS (with ALL options) can be had for ~$10k+ less? RWD? Gotta be kidding ourselves if we believe a Cadillac buyer cares about that.
