Overall I liked the show and agree with your points, but one additional thing I didn’t like was the dialog. So many times of the one liners just felt forced to me.

I’ve done this when I find a good toll free parking spot in Chicago. Sometimes weeks
No thank you, LA already has enough rich assholes.
It’s a gamble, but for $200, I’d take that bet. As stated in the video, those wheels are worth at least twice that, not to mention all the other parts you can get from it. At the very least you can strip another $500 from it and then make the original $200 back in scrap. Or salvage the motor for a project car.
Does Mercedes have a secret competition with Rolls to see who can design the most boat like car ever?
The only trouble is Automobile reported not to expect any surprises like a hybrid, all-wheel drive model, or even a Z4 M, which is truly a damn shame.
Is there a 9/11 memorial somewhere in NYC that features a statue of Bin Laden that I don’t know about?
Eh, if you support racism, you’re a racist. End of story
Umm, don’t most of these things have a battery backup? Clearly you need a drone to “crash” into this thing and knock it over
Well, you still get a unique credit card, but also I’m guessing, that most MoviePass customers will also be using theater loyalty programs to get more bonuses with all the extra movies they are watching. Those programs are created precisely to track customers.
I was wondering the same thing. But I’m guessing for a lot of people, the path of the eclipse is in poor data connectivity areas, also tethering is expensive and not always included in data plans. I personally wouldn’t mind watching GoT on a laptop, but a cell phone is not really going to cut it for the first run
Wait, this is on Vita? Sold
I personally know people who have purchased 2 or 3 contiguous parking spots in a parking complex and built literal brick and mortar walls to create their own garage inside a garage. This is in the US in major cities. People that rich don’t care about HOAs
I hope and think they will get their $40k ask, but IMHO keeping a car like this off the roads is a travesty
Ugh, I made the mistake of giving a dealer my number a couple months ago. The salesperson keeps calling me to see if I have found a car that I like on their website. I’m confused as to what this persons actual job is, like are they just a cashier to check out my purchase like at a grocery store?
The stuff they have at my local Dollar Tree is about $.04/sqft and as you mentioned, is perfectly acceptable.
Perhaps is was a cheap quality product? I also haven’t used anything like that, but never had a similar issue with Silpat or similar high quality competitors
If by suburban Illinois you mean Chicago burbs, GFS is pretty common. There are many independent suppliers all around which can be tricky to search for, and I’ve even had luck by politely asking smaller suppliers that aren’t open to the public. Tips for these: ask any restaurant owners that you may know for any…
What? I didn’t realize those were hated!? I (relatively) love the ones that go in the tow hook spot or even those powered hideaway ones. I mean anything is better than screw holes in the bumper.
