Yeah, I like Bethenny when she is looking down on everyone and making fun of dummies; she’s at her best making snide comments and funny observations about others and their lives and blind spots. When she is actually in a fight, though and feels threatened, she gets too intense. It gets way too dark.

I think he was either killed, strongly incentivized to kill himself, or living somewhere away…
