That was my first thought. It sure seems like while the urban city life would provide a high *quantity* of accessible food, the diet would be vastly different from that of a rural area.

That’s not to run console players into the ground either. It does take a considerable amount of skill to be good at FPS controls with twin sticks. But the advantage of being able to use the mouse to instantly look wherever you want to, with nearly no travel time and a great deal more accuracy... that input hardware…
With as much money as they must be making with microtransactions and DLC at this point, the subscription fee for Xbox Live is making less and less sense over time, especially since it’s the major pain point for them versus their most direct competition.
O’rly? That’s got to be the only tech demo that actually drove me nearly to tears (granted, mostly because of the very convincing mo-cap and excellent acting work, not because of the tech on display) so that seriously piques my interest.
I had no trouble with the base version of Don’t Starve. It’s punishing, but not unforgiving once you master the basics. I found Willow to be by far the easiest character, due to her lighter protecting her from the utter darkness without requiring too much early-game luck. Once you figure out you can pick up berry…
What on earth are you talking about? Every single iPhone I sold working in BestBuy required that we scan several unique codes during the purchase, including the IMEI and a unique Serial number, both of which could quite easily be used to ban the phone from the network. I never got to try to activate a phone that…
FPS games are just about my least favorite genre, and I’m still managing to have a blast. Don’t think of it as an FPS; there’s aiming and shooting, but unless you’re specifically playing Soldier 76, your play and your contributions to the team don’t depend on your shooting skills. For some heroes, there’s no shooting…
I feel kind of weird explaining this then, but in the adult industry, a “daddy” is someone significantly older than you that you find sexually attractive. (There are many, many variances on its usage, but that’s the common thread.)
I was so excited to buy this game. Then halfway through the article, you finally dropped that it’s a Vita title. Now I’m sad that I can’t buy it.
Hey, I thought Wreck It Ralph was pretty okay. Granted it was based on a fictional franchise, but really, when the movie gets to make up some of the rules as it goes along, it makes for better storytelling I think.
I’m OK with this. I’d much rather have a polished game delayed than an unfinished game rushed out the door.
Here’s the thing though: DRM in games is typically not that difficult to break. If it were, pirated games wouldn’t be floating around on every torrent site in existence.
I’m finally playing through Skyward Sword, and determined to enjoy it despite Fi. Good lord, is it heavy handed with the tutorials though. I hope it lightens up once I’ve gone through a dungeon or two.
The early episodes are really rough. But they also are part of the world building: Steven in season one is considerably less mature and on top of things. He’s a goofy kid, enthusiastic but easily distracted, and falls into the bumbling accidental hero archetype more often than we would like to see.
You’d need one heck of an image sensor to deal with the blur (really fast “shutter” speed), but it should be possible in theory.
Several observations.
I used to find that to be the case, but their new systems *really* seem to be helping to curb that. I still run into the occasional jerk, and everyone’s ego gets the better of them from time to time, but it’s nothing like it was a couple of years ago. If I play well and work with my teammates, I find the vast majority…
Very little. However, League’s matchmaking system requires him to be level 30 on a given account before he’ll be able to play games with other high level players, so his ability to troll the vast majority of the community requires him to invest a considerable amount of time leveling an account without getting it…
The bigger challenge for Nintendo right now I think is tablets. The 3DS is still king of the playground largely because of the Pokemon series, but were that not the case, I think tablets would make a very strong case against their primary product line. It’s hard to beat the business model of “buy the tablet once for…
This is way more common than you would think. It’s really common for minors who can’t have their own credit card yet, but whose parents are ok with them shopping online; it gives them a set cap on spending.
