Probably because there were simply a lot of sentinels.
Probably because there were simply a lot of sentinels.
Wolverine convinces Xavier to give up the drugs for the sake of redeeming his blue, shape-shifting friend. This involves young Xavier entering Wolverine's mind and using it to communicate with old Xavier, which is a thing telepaths can do and no one can tell me otherwise.
This is a solid point, and needs to be brought up more often. I'm one of the people who can't really play my 3DS with the effect turned on; gives me headaches after about 10 minutes or so. Several people I know are *much worse* about it.
Yes, I'm aware. I was being a dork on purpose. :P
And this is why net neutrality is so important. So we can all bask in the glory of 1080p gif madness.
I suppose this is just me being immature, but I really don't like the way that Google+ integration works. My youtube account and my main Gmail account should be separate in my eyes (I want to use my real identity professionally, but a screenname for all my gaming stuff) and it seemed really difficult and janky to set…
You know, I don't suppose I'd mind it that much, so long as Google *embraces* the existing Twitch chat, and doesn't try to force everyone to sign in with Google+. Good heavens that would be awful.
Not to mention the pesky, nearly always overlooked problem of people not actually dying the exact instant the fatal bullet hits them. (Or even necessarily being aware of it right away.)
This gets hairy real fast; where do you draw the line to become "Big Budget?" How much, as an "indie" do I have to pay Valve for a premium spot in the store with the big boys?
I find it helpful to avoid these kinds of situations by weighing the cost of the item against how much money I make in a month, by percentage. Anything that costs over 10% of my monthly income gets a pause and reconsider; I won't buy it the first time I see it, sale or no sale.
I don't even like this feature much on phones, mostly because my desk is underneath a bright light. The brightness will thusly adjust wildly based on what angle I'm holding the phone because the sensor is looking right up at the bulb sometimes.
Yeah, but my right leg is slightly longer (and my right foot a larger shoe size) which means my center of balance is always shifted slightly to the left to compensate. The Wii Fit picks this up, and I never have "perfect" balance as a result. I'm not so sure I should correct it; nature seems to have done a pretty good…
This is impossible for me. Most music that I get stuck in my head comes from video games. These tracks have no end; instead they have a loop point, and they keep going forever.
I'm still wary of using services like LastPass and similar, mostly because I literally have like 12 different devices that I log onto sites from regularly.
Whatever the menu or the function, the 'A' button shall move players one step forward, while the 'B' button shall move players one step back, eventually landing them in the main menu. (Or, "X" and "O" for PlayStation.) The 'B' button shall not be required to get players into the game (we are looking at you, Mass…
In a perfect world, one without sin, all games would be like Xbox 360 games and would remember your preference. But until we arrive at that perfect world, all games shall give some sort of access to the options menu before the game begins, so that the very first thing a player does in the actual game isn't pause to…
While it is known that this is a requirement put in place by hardware manufacturers and publishers, it is also known that every single person who has ever played a video game is now aware that video games quick-save, and furthermore, if one were to turneth off the console in the middle of saving, it would somehow be…
To be fair, the same argument could also be said of TCP/IP, and indeed of the original Arpanet. (ARPAnet? ARPA Net?) These are simply the standards that ended up being adopted first, and in many cases there was joint or independent research being done on similar technologies at the time.
As someone who sells Windows 8 computers to people who are not very good at computers...
Does China not have any sort of respect for intellectual property? Or is it simply not enforced? (I'm properly ignorant about this and genuinely curious)
