He’s really that dumb. Conservative media has three pillars: blaming everyone below you on the social totem pole for your problems, complaining that rich people don’t have enough money, and acting really confused on how the modern world works. Fox and Friends covers that third pillar.

Wasn’t FFVII’s Cid going to be the first man in space? It would be weird if Shinra migrated to another planet, kept the technology to harness energy but lost the technology for space travel.

“They were dead or dreaming the whole time” is the laziest type of fan theory. A good fan theory adds an extra layer of meaning to the story, dreams are inherently meaningless.

I’m talking about the movement, combat, and level design, which were all hot garbage. Gameplay never got more advanced than walk up to an animal, bite it, and hope you didn’t get bit back. Several levels were just a flat plain full of enemies, which you had to grind over and over to get enough XP to survive the next

The ability to customize your player avatar was revolutionary at the time, and the game’s premise was pretty original. The actual gameplay sucks really bad.

Fall is the best season, end of story. No sweating, no snowy roads, no allergies, perfect temperature. You do have to rake leaves, which is annoying for one week in November but it’s better than mowing the lawn or shoveling snow every weekend. And if you live in New England it is by far the most beautiful season too.

The UFO levels are tricky. The most important thing is to make sure the UFO stays in your sights. If you lose sight of it you’re pretty much screwed, so don’t take any detours for coins or blue balls unless you absolutely need them. What helps a lot is to wait until you finish the game, then keep replaying Green Hill

I wish I had this level of dedication on anything.

I’m curious, would it really be that hard to port PS4/Xbox One games to the Switch by tuning down the textures? I would be willing to sacrifice graphics to be able to play modern AAA games on the go.

Nintendo has a weird business model where they keep massive amounts of cash accessible. It’s how they were able to weather the commercial failure of the Wii U.

Nah, the Switch is for neglecting your dog at an empty ballpark. Or flirting with complete strangers in the airport.

Cheat Engine has ruined simulation games for me. I can’t bring myself to do virtual work when there’s a voice in the back of my head telling me to hack in all the money I want. I’ll get this game if it ever releases for the Switch.

I started gaming on the original Super Mario Bros, and if you could move right and jump over the goombas that was half the game right there. My mind was blown by the warp pipes in 1-2. I don’t know how kids do it nowadays.

Cool thanks, I’ll check it out.

I heard about that. Does it work well, or is the interface really clunky?

Am I the only one who’s sad that Kingdom of Loathing never released on mobile devices? It would have been a perfect fit.

Not for fourth edition. You paid about $7 a month for D&D Insider and got access to all the content in the character creator and compendium.

Capcom is a 3rd party developer, they can do whatever they want. They have ported a bunch of Resident Evil games over to Nintendo systems.

No prob. I normally like liberals but the ex-Gawker community is notoriously toxic and can’t handle even the slightest amount of dissent.
