Give me a break. (Disclaimer: not a white American). Be a little bit more critical in your thinking, Hamilton. Consider your source. Consider where and how they got their information. You’re basically citing FOXNEWS here, but from the other side.

You seem very confused...

Great analogy!

I’m going to give you the benefit of the doubt and presume that “White Male” speaks to a specific type of person.

I haven’t been around these boards lately...what about Calvinballer’s statement is right-wing (besides the fact that the very successful shows referenced tend to appeal to an older demographic, who tend to be more conservative).

Y’all realize that Ali beat SUPERMAN, right?

Hell yeah! The look on Zouks’ face when he discovers what’s in the bin is priceless.

I am dumbfounded by how many of you idiots are taking this comment seriously...

No, the fact the kid had access to a gun has everything to do with the story.

Doesn’t this mean that drinking on St. Patty’s is cultural appropriation?

Right, but an employee has no legal obligation to report or attempt to correct bad behaviour. It might be the right thing to do, but that could be said regardless of setting (work or otherwise) — in this case, the fact it was at work is irrelevant.

Super strength is the correct answer — for it to be even passably possible to lift ten tons over your head, your bones and tissue would have to be nigh-invulnerable so you got that going for you. You’d also be able to jump/leap huge distances, which would effectively act as super-speed/cheap approximation of flight

Thanks for not getting drawn into my snark. I know how endemic sexual assault is and how under-reported it is (especially) when the violator is someone close to the victim — but I don’t think being able to name 10 people in one’s life who would love to see a feminist abused is ‘typical.’ Taking actual pleasure in

Sure, that could be it. You might be a douche. No way to know for sure.

Did you ever actually watch the clip? Kimmel is pretty clear that he understands he’s in a privileged position and can afford the medical care, but he chose to speak up because of the millions of people who aren’t as lucky as he is. He wasn’t complaining about how much it would cost him, and never suggested he was

I’ve never encountered one in the wild...either I’m really lucky or you’re really unlucky :s

Yikes...who are you hanging out with!?!?

The same could be said of pretty much every show — This is Us: Dad dies after an hour of non-stop mayhem; The Good Doctor: patient is saved after an hour of non-stop mayhem; Monday Night Football: no changes need to be made.

While an entire pack of wolves is pretty hard to believe, it’s entirely possible a grizzly bear or cougar (or moose or elk, or what have you) could wander onto the slopes. Most of these places are still in very wild territory, and it’s a tall order to keep track of all the wildlife at all times.

You’re not worth the effort.
