Carbon tax funding a UBI is the right call. I’m no fan of minimum wages or job guarantees, but pollution taxes are the eco friendly taxes. If you want to be more MMTish you can just print money(or whatever kids are calling it) and carbon tax and raise interest rates to counter the inflation.
