That’s just a little over 2 miles per kWh, which puts the Cybertruck’s efficiency numbers ... just shy of the F150 Lightning’s 2.29 miles per kWh.

Except it’s part of the problem. It doesn’t matter if you’re getting directed to a compatible charger if it doesn’t work.
Yep, just clarifying. It’s not a knock on the EV6. Nice car that charges very well.
The EV6 is capable of 350kW
I’ve rarely seen charging speeds actually hit their rated charging speeds on my friend and family’s F150 lightning, Etron GT, Mustang Mach E, and etc...
You mean like the “fake” scenario where there is a problem with the charger or it doesn’t work at all when you get directed there?
Remember when gas stations only had nozzles for certain cars and if you had the wrong car you had to pull out a special map to help you find the right one, even if it was out of the way?

lol, you guys are still going to be saying this when there are hundreds of thousands on the road.
People have been saying [hoping] for so long that the major manufacturers could just whip up a factory and competitive EVs, that even the major manufacturers believed it.
Heck, ICE F-150s for $40k or less barely exist these days.
A big issue was the promise of a $40k base version at launch that never materialized.
Perhaps it’s not so much the electrification of these trucks as it is the $100K+ price tag?
Look on your feet. In your closet. In your kitchen. In your living room. Anywhere and everywhere around you are things that are made in China.
Even at $50k, you’re only $12,500 cheaper than a Lightning Flash after tax credit, and that’s likely much more highly-optioned truck. And the V8 has far less power/torque than even the base Lightning that’s $57k for the XLT. Also, that’s probably a 2023. The prices I’m discussing are MY2024. Lariat Lightnings have an…
