I recently checked out Girl, Stop Apologizing from the library because I was curious about her. I was really impressed that, at the end of the book, the last big takeaway to her (mostly white and Christian) readers is that they need more inclusion and diversity in their lives and businesses.
Kids say funny things sometimes. You are reading way too much into it. No one is shading anyone.
Obviously he didn’t write it. Look at the blue heart with his actual handwriting. For the questions, someone (maybe Kim) asked him and filled out his answers. It’s not that hard to figure out.

While I think everyone has the right to determine whether they can handle alcohol or not, I did find it amusing when Luann said the only time she’s had a problem with alcohol was when she fell in the bush. Ummm... what about when you assaulted that police officer?
