I will take the opinion of the judge and the Indiana State Police that it is a dumb law vs your opinion. Speak with any state officer in a civil environment and they will 100% agree there are plenty of “dumb laws” and that there are far too many laws on the books.. they can’t even keep track of them all.

it got me out of a speeding ticket and a turn signal violation by using my math.. so math pwns.

BTW i wasn’t speeding at 90+ mph i was going 60 in a 67 and the Indiana State Police officer said i didn’t use my turn signal for 300 feet.. so i used math to show them my tap to turn (i was changing lanes) did not blink…

Yes it’s a dumb law. I don’t have a “feet traveled” meter in my car so how i am supposed to know when i have gone 300 feet. Also what if the turn lane is only 180 feet... ?
