Not true, App State has been a very successful football team in their division for years, so I don’t know if the word “LITERALLY” applies here.

It was an extremely frustrating game with a very entertaining ending! And by the way, it’s “App State” not “Ap State”

Obviously it is legal. UT got the ball in the end and everything that happened falls within the rules of the game of college football.
