It’s proven.

almost?

I’m sure you’re the first medical professional to make that joke, right?

There’s no shame in not paying too much attention to sports.

Sorry, I overdid it just as much as you did. I just thought the doctor made this funny here. Nothing personal.

You win by acknowledging that it’s funny but the joke is as old as Happy Gilmore, so it’s not new.

Anytime. I could talk that era of hockey all day long. It was the worst quality of play, but it’s also when I watched the most. The NHL gamecenter app has archives and I watch old games once in a while. Guys look like the video is buffering because there is so much grabbing.

I don’t understand why his unwillingness to cooperate with this proposal should be an aggravating factor in the punishment.

Why don’t you reread my comment? Brady’s attorney would only submit the relevant messages. No one outside of his attorney would see the full contents of the phone.

He agreed to a contract subject to the CBA. The CBA says he’ll cooperate with NFL investigations. He didn’t have to sign that multimillion dollar deal, but if he wants the money he has to abide by the terms. Also, the NFL isn’t his employer.

Do you think 4 game checks costs more or less than the lawyer would have? Also it could have been an NFLPA lawyer (i.e. free). And the NFLPA lawyers are more like $650 to $1000/hr. $500 is a first year billing rates at a big firm. Tom Brady’s phone records wouldn’t be given to a first year.

It’s almost like you didn’t read any of my comment. His own attorney would have redacted everything not relevant. Considering he has nothing to hide, that means almost everything should have been redacted, right? He also signed a multimillion dollar contract a condition of which is that he cooperate with league

The Kings, Bruins, Hawks, Pens and Rangers were the perennially shitty teams not that long ago. It seems like the OP is wrong because everyone expects faster than possible turnarounds in places like Edmonton and Arizona, but if you look at longer timelines, he’s right. Who the shitty teams are is cyclical and drafting

There are plenty more examples. The Kings picked in the top ten a number of times, getting Drew Doughty at 2nd overall. They hardly disprove your theory. Do you remember how long they were terrible before being good? They missed the playoffs for 6 seasons (7 years because one was the lockout). Nearly a decade out of

I hope the Sabres can make the playoffs again. Ever.

You were half right. Vinny was alternate then. I sometimes forget how good he was because the very best was just a few years. Maybe it’s really just a statement of how good St. Louis is. Whoever plays with him scores, a lot.

First paragraph you doubled up on the Stamkos “Steven Stamkos Steven Stamkos said.”

It seems you possess all the necessary information to get this joke, and yet...

Seriously? How do you think discovery works? The parties ask one another for relevant evidence. The officer had refused to collect evidence contrary to the arrest. You can be certain that information isn’t written up in his report. After all, he was certain. So, how does the defendant or his attorney even know that

American voters suck. Our government is failing in a number of ways and we all just write it off and keep voting for the same assholes we voted for last time. Until we decide to fire bad leaders, political positions be damned, we won’t see any accountability in the government.
