It seems like common sense. What if a neighbor was using the wi-fi? Anyone who has the knowledge to use torrents can figure out how to access a wifi router.

Most people who are complaining are self-righteous and hypocritical. Everybody vents, especially dealing with PITA kids and their obnoxious parents. Of course putting it in writing is not real bright.

For the rentals, you have to pay for any extra electricity produced. So you get no benefit if it’s a sunny year.
