It’s funny how people look at the HD badging and start to bash. If they knew it was the equivalent of an extended cab lightning with more luxury.....a truck that when released, was the fastest production truck in the world.......maybe they’d get it. This was the only way you could get a SC 5.4 in an ext. cab F-150 at

In case 1, doing what you mentioned, is fine. Eventually the douch riding your ass will pass you because they have a lane to do so.

You’re a selfish asshat who is only making the situation worse. Share the road and stay right except to pass.....dick.

I leave this here because its still on the 95-SN platform and it’s body refresh was released in the 90’s. Semantics aside, yes! It has....

Haven’t had an issue with the slave yet. I have an 07 so a lot of smaller things were ironed out by that time. I’m hoping that was one of them. Fingers crossed. I do all my own work and get jobber rate on parts thru work so I’m a little less inclined to complain about price. By comparison, I did all fluids, plugs,

Yeah the ride is harsh and the turning rad is crap (5mm wheel spacers help a little). As a sedan, there are better offerings. As a wagon that is manual, there’s really not much else out there. The S4 avant and maybe the BMW 535xi estate but even those are no longer available to us in MT in north America.

Diesel VW shoppers don’t equal diesel 1/2 ton truck shoppers. Diesel is very accepted in the P/U market. I can’t see that being an issue. Nissan and Dodge have gone that route. Chevy has the 2.8 that will “eventually” end up in a 1/2 ton. It only makes sense the F-150 follows suit.

This is right on par for this amount of miles. These things are super fun to drive, easy to work on and fly below most anyones radar (even a few Jalops it seems) Not a day goes by where I don’t look forward to driving mine. I just want it to snow already...NP all day long.

???? As an owner of a V70R who cross shopped the two I disagree. An S4 avant is way more expensive. It was like 8K more new and now I bet the average used $ is still....$8k more. Oh and reliability.....whaaa, my R has been great to me and there’s also the fact that R’s are pretty dead nuts simple to work on. Parts are

Admit it, you’re pissed you didn’t think of it first...

Hmmmm i dunno, I think you just like to gossip a little too much. There are many tangable reasons for her to retire at 55. Hell.....whats that one retirement investment group called??? Freedom 43? ...no Freedom 67?....No......Hmmmm, what was that name again?

As a recent purchaser of said vehicle, I approve this message....

2007 Volvo V70R. Because 6-Speed manual wagons with big brakes, adj. suspension and enough power and torque to easily get speeding tickets in any state just sounds like fun. Also, sleeper.

Google Maps view of the beginning of a couple of the main roads...Wow!

WhereTF was that guy in the backround (Blue shirt) going? How did he feel it was safer to go to the other side (ie. side of road speeding car is on) of the road.

The 08 F-150 HD’s were SC’ed to 450 HP, so there’s that.

When you’re worth $45,000,000,000. You can do that with no fcuks given.

I agree they did get heavier.

Good post! Some of these people need to go back to the 80’s,90’s and even early 2000’s to re-evaluate what sort of horsepower is really needed. 250 HP with 310 ft-lbs is plenty for any normal street driving.

oh snap!
