I'm curious. How will adding diesel fuel in a gas car ruin your "engine". The fuel system may take a beating with all that dirty diesel but I can't see how it would effect the engine. Actually, given diesel's flash point and overall volatility, would a gas engine even be able to run on diesel?

A time capsule of a fuel efficient, well engineered, manual civic. In an era where the average car was a spongy land yacht. NP for sure. If I had the means to collect cars, this is one I'd like to have.

5th gear. WTF is the problem here? Less old people drivers timidly congesting up our road ways is a bad thing? I say, if they don't want to drive, they don't have to. More road for the rest of us jalops who enjoy driving.

Looks like pedestrian dude's hand got run over in the tussle. Prolly didn't even notice with all the adrenaline.

Imitation is the best form of flattering but c'mon Chevy.....grow your own brain and think of a name that doesn't sound like a cheap Chinese imitation of the Raptor.

And you think towing a car trailer isn't going to plummet the numbers on this truck? I bet its numbers drop drastically too when you load it up. I mean "massive variance" in fuel delivery based on engine load has me a little skeptical. In the end, is this deisel cheaper to run than an ecoboost given the cost of fuel?

Just imagine if somehow they had lived, and spawned a child....poor kid, not asking to be born and almost certainly doomed to be an idiot.

I'm looking at that road. How clear it is and wondering how or what caused him to loose control like that? That road was in great shape?

I'd be interested in hearing the breakdown of this guys thought process when he actually decided to drive. "Oh yeah, these wheels ain't gonna gets me stuck...no way yo! I gots me traction for days bro" Oh wait, I don't think this guy even knows what traction is. Hey idiot, park your shit next time. You be fuckin up

The olds diesel engine. It was introduced just before I was born (1978). The negative effects it had on North Americans view of diesel engines can still be felt today. Big risk, epic fail!

I have actually. And what exactly are you trying to say. That if you work construction, that means your truck has to get damaged? A few small dings here and there make sense, but if its a work truck then why are you so concerned about fixing it? If your damaging the body of your truck to the point where it has to get

Wow do ppl ever fear change. If the ppl creating all this hype over aluminum body repair spent half that time and concentration on say...oh...I dunno....DRIVING you wouldn't need a repair shop. It's as if theses people account for body repair to occure as often as oil changes. Look at the fuel savings, look at the

Outside of the ridiculous power required, and the areo needed to remain on the ground. Id like to see how they deal with the friction of air on the bodywork at that speed. Thar things gonna need to be built like a NASA space shuttle with the ability to re-enter earths atmosphere. Also consider any...and I mean any

Fords modular 4.6 and 5.4. These things have made durable and reliable power and torque figures in everything from supercars to taxi cabs. Take care of these things with proper maintenance and they will reward you with miles of worry free travel.

I hear you. And I think it isn't being shared evenly. Manufacturers are doing more while drivers are doing less. Drivers are getting too comfortable. Too distracted. A line needs to be drawn. I get that people who aren't driving carelessly sometimes get hurt by asshats and that what keeps pushing the safety of

Personal accountably.... Here here! Stop putting the responsibility on the manufacturer. They've done more than enough. Start letting ppl know, being stupid and ignorant is dangerous. That it can get you killed and natural selection will always be a thing.

In order to put an oil filter or an oil on the shelf at any store it needs to meet SAE's standards. Once it does, most all OEM's agree (not sure about Ferrari, Bugatti, McLaren ect.) that is all that is required to keep your warranty and engine intact. There are better products out there but the question is, does it

Harrison Ford never stood a chance....

It could have the opposite effect. If they make the Camry more exciting, potential buyers may be inclined to notice all the other exciting cars that already exist. They should keep it beige. They have a monopoly in that market. It sells well. Design up a contingency plan for when it stops selling, but until then, if

So I guess China is going thru their "Hookers and blow" stage now. Good for them!
