Oh I kind of like Ioniq 6.
As a vote of 1, intentionally building in inefficiency seems odd to me; I was all for the idea of a “Manual” EV at first but now even things like paddle shifters seem silly. Unless the motiv units require it, I would rather the focus be on lightweight tossability and feedback (which many of the EVs are lacking right…
The Cybertruck is a horrible design. But if you’re going to have an issue with the bed not having an exit lever, than you should have been complaining about every truck on the market.
Those handles are in trunks. This isn’t a trunk. Elon is an idiot, and the Cybertruck is a horrible design. But this isn’t a legit complaint.
My first thoughts are that it looks a bit like a Hyundai Ioniq 5 and a Lada Niva had a baby
I’m liking that profile
As the report from the newspaper explains, it was Philadelphia residents who provided the young mother and her family assistance following the assault. It was private citizens who helped locate Heron, leading to his arrest — including the man’s boss from his place of work at the time. The police found Heron three days…
I have a Mazda 3 with the Traffic Sign Recognition. It’s fun to have, but I wouldn’t want it controlling the maximum speed my vehicle could travel.
Unfortunately, we have to cue the sad violin, since VW axed the manual transmission. All GTIs will be equipped with a 7-speed DSG automatic transmission feeding that increased power to the front, Alfa Romeo-esque wheels.
No manual option is devastating. It feels like a really big automotive nail in the stick-shift’s coffin, honestly. The GTI was always supposed to be the fun Golf - designed for and sold to people who like driving.
Those seats then fly backward
Very cool. But, this idea has been around in racing for a long while...

Had the same thing on my ‘11 GTI! Ended up being a plug and play sensor I picked up from autozone and did in about 3 minutes. Scary as shit though when it happened. Not a pleasant tone from the car’s computer warning system!
I think the new Prius is just ok. I can understand how everyone lost their minds due to the way the last one looked. It’s like being fed dirt for 5 years and then someone offers you a bologna sandwich.
Eh, in terms of aesthetics, the MK6 looks way better than the MK7. The latter always felt boring to me.
I still have my MK7 - https://jalopnik.com/i-have-a-2015-gti-with-performance-package-for-the-next-1696093295
While I don’t have an R or GTI, I can concur that the MK7(.5) is fantastic (with the exception of some persistent reliability issues). I have an ‘18 Golf Sportwagen 4Motion 6spd. It’s the last manual, turbo, AWD wagon ever sold. The 4Mo Sportwagens are basically Golf R Wagons with the smaller motor! It’s also my…
If comfort in heavy traffic was the only consideration when buying a car, then they wouldn’t even be shopping for a GTI.
