It looks like they kept a lot of the old mechanics in place while just adding iron sights, score pop-ups, some new weapons, and some new effects.

Clockwise from top left:

I could be wrong, but I don't think it's the normal XJ220 either. Maybe it's the race version?

It may depend on the topic, but generally I'd say that comments become harassment when they are personal in nature, unnecessarily use derogatory words or concepts, contain little to no constructive criticism, and, for some period of time, are repetitious or continual.

Critics being harassed for criticizing games, sometimes for the very reasons you just mentioned, is an issue separate from that of the content of the games themselves. In other words, what you wrote is off topic; it doesn't directly pertain to the thesis of the open letter mentioned in this article.

If this still maintains DS game compatibility, I might pick it up down the line. Right now, it's not much of a necessity... though I imagine I'll be at a slight disadvantage versus people playing SSB with this, since they'll have easy access to Smash attacks via the C-stick.

Or maybe that "leaked" fighting game they may be developing. I'd be down to play that on the Wii U, too.

Clearly, they're all actually part of the "T. Yoshisaur Munchakoopas" species. Maybe only that one green one is nicknamed Yoshi...

I wouldn't doubt it. He's a pretty well-known video game enthusiast. He probably makes just as many gaming related social media posts as he does comic and animation-related ones.

So, it's the kind of game that tells you you have to pull the only lever in a room by labeling it with glowing words, huh?

Is Nintendo planning to actually give these games names other than "SSB for 3DS" and "SSB for Wii U"?

Isn't "Pikachu" by itself already plural?

Is it just me, or have RAM prices pretty much stagnated completely? I bought a pair of G.Skill Ripjaws X Series DDR3 1600 4GB sticks over three years ago and they're still exactly the same price as they were then (about $85).

Yeah, I realize that now — my mistake.

Ah, right — I should've guessed that.

Of course it could — how do you think the Mario sprite looks like anything other than a rectangle? It's three colors and a transparency "color" per sprite. Otherwise all objects other than crates or boxes would have to be filled out with another color.

Yeah, I'm also a fan of the original English VA for Serena/Usagi over the new one. It's probably partially nostalgia talking, but I just think the older voice fits the character design better. I don't mind the new Mamoru voice, though.

If games like Plants Vs. Zombies: Garden Warfare and Splatoon are any indication, this generation of shooters is going to be a whacky one. Sony just fleshed out its newest entry in this emerging category of insane-looking projectile simulators with a trailer for VizionEck, a monochromatic shooter I do not understand

Nah, it's actually for anyone, believe it or not.
