Creative?

Yes, as the others wrote, most of the better cameras out there will be able to adjust aperture and, thus, depth of field. Closing down the aperture reduces the light hitting the sensor, though, so if there's low light, it might be harder to get a decent shot.

It all makes sense now...

I was hoping the classic scene with the laser on the gold table would end up being a conversation challenge similar to the William Taggart speech set-up in Deus Ex: Human Revolution — you'd have to convince Goldfinger to not kill you, just as Bond did in the movie. Also, at least Bond himself figured out Goldfinger's

Just musing here, but I find it odd they used ヴ for the "bu" in "Toraibu" instead of the more conventional ブ... not sure why. Maybe to emphasize the abruptness of the hard "b" sound at the end of "tribe?"

It's being used as a metaphor. Discuss.

Financial Times does this... pisses me off.

Well, most conventional videogames fall under the umbrella of 'digital interactive media.'

Image resolution isn't the only problem, though. An enormous 1920x1080 GIF still wouldn't solve the issue of the drastically limited banding-heavy color palette.

Wait, this isn't about a manga character who is a loving student?

This just keeps getting better the more I look at it.

Haha when he breathed on the window and drew a heart on it... I mean that's okay in certain situations, but, yeah it comes across as a bit creepy when it's done on a two-way mirror looking into a room of girls dancing...

Okay, I admit writing "Her weight also would only be added to the train's weight if she is sitting on the train." was wrong from a conventional weight measurement standpoint.

Well, you have the right idea up until the part about her holding on for dear life. :-P

You seem to have misinterpreted the physics behind this. Allow me to clarify:

If the truck was at rest before the chickens jumped, then the truck moved out beneath them before they landed, the chickens would stay in the same spot they were originally relative to the ground, not relative to the truck.

The chickens would only move with the truck if the truck itself was moving at a constant rate of speed and had already carried the chickens up to that speed before they jumped.

That's the point of including "parody" as part of what is acceptable for "fair use." Use of other parties' trademarked properties is deemed fair if they are used for the purposes of parody, as I understand it.

It's a little complicated with the IP. Game Freak is the development studio for the Pokemon videogames. Game Freak has a publishing contract with Nintendo for all of their games (mainly Pokemon), but isn't actually owned by Nintendo. Creatures Inc. is the studio responsible for making the Pokemon card game, and is a

"if a christian, or anybody else who was not a muslim was offended by anything in the game, they would not take it down and apologize."
