if it’s going to court they have a procedure that they have to have it approved to be released. 

the problem is that the bad cops are being defended or being ignored by the good cops. That’s a problem, they’re held up to the same laws as everyone else if not more so. I work at a bank I can face jail time by taking money out of people’s accounts or even ignore people embezzling money.
